Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
Your orders are prepared and shipped within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time and Fees

Standard delivery within European countries: Delivery time is 3–14 business days.
Shipping is free for orders over €50.
A flat shipping fee of €5.99 applies to orders under €50.

Shipment Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you by email.
You can track your package through the carrier’s website using this number.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you notice that your shipment is damaged or lost, please contact us within 48 hours after the delivery (or expected delivery).
We will investigate the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Please ensure that your address information is complete and correct when placing an order.
Lillavera is not responsible for undelivered shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
